Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Yoga Classes

Effective Date: October 31st 2024

At Navroop Yoga, we value our clients’ time and commitment to their yoga journey. To ensure a smooth experience for both clients and instructors, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

Advance Payment Policy

Navroop Yoga operates on an advance payment basis for all yoga classes. Payments are required upfront to reserve your spot in our sessions and classes. This helps us maintain a structured schedule and ensure the availability of our instructors.

Cancellation Policy and Makeup Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class due to an emergency, we offer up to two makeup sessions per month. Makeup sessions are provided based on trainer availability and must be scheduled within the same month as the missed class. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a makeup session.

Important Points to Note:

  1. Emergency Cancellations Only: Makeup sessions are available only for cancellations due to emergency circumstances.
  2. Makeup Session Limit: A maximum of two makeup sessions is allowed per month.
  3. Trainer Availability: Makeup sessions are subject to trainer availability and are not guaranteed on the same day as the missed class.

Refunds

Navroop Yoga does not offer refunds for missed classes, except in cases where we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled session or issue a credit for a future class.
