What is Corporate Yoga

Types of Corporate yoga services NAVROOP provides:

1. Rapid Yoga

  • The session is kept short, ranging between 10 – 20 minutes.

  • These sessions can be done in-office clothes & in standing position.

2. Chair Yoga

  • Suitable for people involved in Desk jobs that require working in an office orsitting in front of a computer for long.

  • These sessions are kept short, ranging between 10 – 20 minutes and can be done in-office clothes.

3. Desktop Yoga

  • These sessions are for people who are mostly involved in work which require sitting in front of laptop or computer.

  • Sessions for this type of yoga involve 48 kriyas which can be done standing. The session can range between 30 – 60 minutes. These sessions can be done in-office clothes & no dedicated space is required as these sessions can be done standing near Desktop.

4. Traditional Yoga

5. Power Yoga

  • It is a combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises as it focuses on all muscles, along with boosting circulation & improving muscle tone.

  • It can be described as a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga as its emphasis is on strength and flexibility.
